Description of offending: Sped past my vehicle on lagoon drive at excessive speed. Then gained on the next car and tailgated that vehicle very close. Dangerously undertook another vehicle on Panmure roundabout cause that vehicle to take evasive action. Tailgated again yet another vehicle along Ellerslie Panmure highway.
